1. First contact
Every exceptional project starts with a conversation.
Initially, you will contact a XPERIAMUS sales representative to tell him your ideas for the project and get more information. We start our cooperation simply – with a meeting, a phone call or an online conversation.
We are interested in your project, the space in which you plan to build the playground, and the target group – the children who will play there. We talk about the vision, architectural style, material preferences, the story of the location, as well as the budget and time horizon.
Whether you have a specific idea or are just looking for a suitable playground partner for your architectural design, we are ready to listen and create with you.
We can already show you inspiration and a portfolio of implementations at this stage.
In the next meeting or meetings, you will discuss further details so that the creative team can start working on your project.
2. Ideas and drawings from creatives
For us, every project is a collaboration, not just a realization. Do you have your own sketch, a stylized idea or just a verbal description of the atmosphere you want to create?
We will add ideas, experience and transform your idea into a drawing.
This way you will see the path we want to take with your project and at the same time you will see your idea on paper for the first time.
Our artistic and craft background allows us to create unconventional and thematic playgrounds – they can look like a natural habitat, a medieval castle, a space station or a fairy-tale forest.
We will fine-tune everything to your satisfaction and the project will be taken over by the design team.
3. Visualizations and technical project
At this stage, we begin to prepare the materials that will help you include the playground in the project documentation.
The design team will transform the drawing into precise numbers, dimensions, measurements and reports. We will create 3D visualizations that clearly show how the playground will look in your space. We can combine them with your surrounding design or urban design.
The project is then taken over by the production manager and a team of carpenters, carvers and artists.
4. Perfect interplay of production
There must be perfect coordination in production. 10-20 production employees work on one project, each on their own part. Everything is supervised by a production manager, a project manager and a quality controller.
Our production is not serial, but artisanal and consistent. We make it from durable acacia wood – stable, durable and ideal for outdoor use.
Each element is hand-crafted and checked to match the design and at the same time be safe for children.
The production process takes place in our own workshop, in close cooperation between the designer, constructor and craftsman. In case of specific requirements, we combine wood with stainless steel, steel, ropes or colored details.
Our goal: to preserve the authenticity of the design and create a functional space full of emotion.
5. Transport and assembly
After finalizing the project, we carefully prepare it for transport.
We divide the playground into several pieces to fit into a container or a semi-trailer. It depends on where the playground is being shipped and how (road transport, air transport).
It will be professionally assembled and installed at your location by our assembly team or our partner in your country.
6. Certification, warranty and post-warranty service
Each Xperiamus playground undergoes a professional inspection and after the playground is installed, we take care of certification according to all necessary safety standards.
We provide a guarantee and the possibility of regular servicing for our playgrounds. In case of damage or excessive wear, we are able to supply spare parts or carry out repairs even after years.
Our ambition is that the playgrounds not only look good at the beginning, but also serve for a long time – aesthetically and functionally.
